oh, i agree, mysteriousgirl. i'd assumed the anonymous ratings were courtesy of guests of the website, rather than members. if members are tossing the anonymous ratings around, well...that's just silly. doesn't tell us anything. we need to know how well our stories/poems work, whether we're communicating. give us the words, people! we need the words!
