The SLAM! Green Room

Sorry, it has taken me so long to post my congrats but I was on a secret mission for theTexas Rangers. I would tell you want it was but, well, you know the rest!

It is very important for those who didn't advance that in many cases it was the little things that came between one going forward and one not. We worked very hard to avoid the indesisive tie, which is like kissing your sibling (unless you're Angelina Jolie and her brother but we won't go there right now). Just know that, I've never one or placed in the finals of any SLAM I entered; however, I became a better poet in so many ways because it forced me to try ideas and forms I would never have tried. Plus, I have met so many great people.

If you're feeling a little bit like all the ink is running out of every single pen you own, it might be time to go pen shopping. Buy a whole bunch of your favorite kind of pen. There! You've solved the problem. If you still can't seem to get anything written down, maybe it's not the pen that's the problem.
