Um...well. It's sort of weird. It was really really hard to get it down at ALL, and then I put a count on my msn of the number of times in the past week I'd cut.
After I did that, I just thought about the number going up whenever I felt like cutting and it seemed to make a difference...I truly do not understand why it was different, but it's working so I'm happy.
And I am now onto 2, which will be 1 if I don't cut at all today. So, YAY!
