I have run a few contests and in some of them I request the entries be newly written for them, which is something I like to do to encourage people to write new fiction or poems and get that inspiration going again. Anyway, when people post entries that are not new when I ask for something new I delete their post from the contest forum with an explanation that they read the rules closer. The problem comes in when I can swear I had deleted a specific story for being something much older and then they post a link to a brand new item identical to the original story. At least it reads that way when I look at it. I get that sense of deva-vu. So, what I would like to see is a way to see what the original post in my forum was even after I have deleted it from public view. Basically I would like to see either a for-my-eyes-only copy of that post or at least see who the poster was so I can do a little more investigation. Thanks much.
