I hope it helps too!! I don't know how I stopped cutting so fast but I did notice that the only time I had urges was when I was very, very upset as in angry and frustrated. I never did it out of boredom or anything like that and I think that once I got rid of the anger and frustration, that's when my cutting stopped. I'm hoping I don't do it again!
