Hi Rosalba, I'm sorry to enter the discussion so late. I don't know if this would help but, it does depend upon the culture, the time period and the family. For instance, Queen Mary of Scotts was said to married to the prince of France at age five, of course it wasn't consumated. Many marriages back in the day were arranged in infancy.

In the Middle East and the Pacific Isle, marriages are still contracted between families and the couple at a young age. Here in the Americas a girl who becomes pregnant, at least as young as twelve is an emacipated, maybe younger. I'm saying twelve because that is the youngest that I have seen a child give birth. But I think other than pregnancy, a child of sixteen can seek permission from a parent to be married.
