I'm 23 and have been SI-ing since I was maybe 14 (maybe earlier than that) but the eyelash thing feels like there is something there that needs to be pulled out...it's just that. It's just a funny, tickling sensation but the problem is I pull and pull until there is nothing left without being able to stop myself. My sister actually plucks her eyebrows, compulsively I think, and I told her about the trichotillomania thing. She, of course, doesn't believe me. I won't pull for a month or so and then it will just come back all of a sudden. Possibly from stress?

Thanks on the congrats! I'm very proud indeed. Everything in my life is wonderful aside from this!
