Hi! First, my own suggestion; it would help to be able to at least have the option of making the 'newsletter area' appear in the large golden bar at the top of each page, or have it come up when doing a search. If there was the 'hand' icon , we could put it in our favorites. As it is, I could not see any way to bookmark it, and since it is not the first time I have trouble finding it, even with power search, I had to use my browser to send the link to my desktop. I hunted down the newsletter archives, opened one at random and clicked on the specific icon for printing it, the one we do find below the 'content rating' icon, on the right side of the envelope and hand, to make it a favorite. Once in newsletter folders, there is that icon to bookmark it. But for convenience sake, if you could add that option on the page I link below, it would be handy and easier to find the four links shown on that page. It could also be a link that we can find in our 'account' page, next to the 'manage newsletter' link. http://www.writing.com/main/newsletters.php?action=menu I clicked on the last link, the one that leads to the archives. I opened one at random, and clicked on the printer icon at the top of that newsletter; most items have that icon. So I printed it and compared it to the newsletter itself and it does look like there are up to 40 charactors missing... but I too was fooled, the word-wrap reformats the paragraphs and what is seemingly missing is in fact pushed onto the next line. Not satisfied yet, I opened one of my own documents that had long lines in it and printed that too. Upon comparison, again, it appears cut off at the right, but the rest is on the next line. Still not totally satisfied, I opened an email that had long lines as well and printed it and again, word-wrap keeps all words, but pushes them to the next line. No text at all was lost. I also did another test, in the opened newsletter. Instead of clicking on wdc print icon, I used the print icon in my browser. Now that is a real problem. I've checked some of the longest lines to verify, and there can be half letters on the right side, and can cut off up to 12 letters with spaces or not. My guess is that VerySara used her browser printer, not the wdc one. I do hope that all I did just now will clear up that subject on all angles I found to verify it. At times, we need more details and examples to understand. Hoping I was of help, although I made my post quite long.
