This is just my opinion, but that's why you would join review groups (like Review for a Review). I think having to seek out those matches for yourself ensures that you have someone reviewing your stuff who is interested in the same stuff. If I was paired with someone to review their work and they started posting a lot of poetry, I'd be sunk. I'm not comfortable reviewing poetry! :)
