Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). Not sure if I made it, but I have gotten over 4K.
I did my Morning Pages each day. Ask for guidance in the form of Tarot cards.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes most days this week.
I did a contest entry for WDC - one being for week 33 of I Write in 2024 - on Tuesday. ( I am still one week behind).
I signed up for Cre8tive Collection's Writing Down The Bones sessions - night before
I worked on various projects - poetry, short story. I wrote, edited and posted my Deadlines for Writers.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:

Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 35 books. I have read 27 books.
Reading Mary Magdalene Revisited for my Enlivened Book Club - watch both replays as I fell behind in my reading.
I worked through The Way of The Fearless Writer by Beth Kempton and completed it.
Work:
Be ready to work with my client on Thursday - swim bag packed and ready - I twisted my ankle on Wednesday and decided I needed to take the day off and not drive.
Continue to work through work and determine if another file cabinet is necessary. Not much this week.
Health:
8K a day - struggled with this - only one day over 13K.
Meditation - did not do as many as I had expected.
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. Struggled, but I did do better than I have been.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - none this week.
No eating after 8 pm. Struggled.
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggled.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. Struggling with this. Now that it is August I find myself slipping back into old patterns wanting all the minutes in the day.
Other:
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
Take an Artist Date or a few if I can manage it. Stratford was my artist date - went to see a play - The Diviners.
Continue to work on getting my Online presence back. Make a list of all the things I need to address. Tried to tackle Equifax to change my address, but I will have to do it again as it was not accepted or something.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry and making sure she eats) - she had two days of no drinking and it was fabulous... until she replaced the booze.
Continue to work on decluttering the Zones of my house - basement and bedroom. Need to step up my game.
Stratford Festival - 2 pm performance of The Diviners at the Tom Paterson Theatre. Wonderful!
