Thanks for reporting, but yes, unfortunately this happens occasionally. I haven't been able to solve it and previous attempts to remove duplicates went badly (like recover-from-backup kind of badly ), so everyone who gets one just gets to keep it. Eventually, I hope to solve / prevent it from happening.
