As someone who adds to over a dozen interactives, and recently got a new email that I actually use, if only for youtube stuff mainly, I have lately been clicking on the "Stop Notifications" button, so that I can then go to add a new chapter - an actual chapter mind you - and at the bottom, I'm clicking the boxes to allow for both my on-site and off-site emails to get notifications.

If you've tried this, and it works, good. If not, try again. That being said, you won't know until someone else decides to add.
