You can purchase a dragon egg of your choice by completing the form on the "Dragon Adoption Chamber" under Point 2 on the main page.
The rules seem a bit complicated at first glance but make more sense once you have bought an egg and start playing.
This is a good way to get in to doing more activities on WDC and meet more people, and you can win merit badges for completing activities and growing your dragon.
