When we attempt a payment, that payment goes to your card bank.
When your bank declines a transaction because of incorrect information on your payment attempt, it shows it as pending. You can contact your bank directly to confirm this and find out when they will no longer show the pending attempt. While you're on with them, confirm all of your CC details so you can be sure to avoid the failed transaction next time you attempt it.
