I removed an image item, deleted it. Went in to add a cover of an image of mine for the item "Just Another Walk in the Rain" The old deleted image item id is in there and every attempt to remove it and add a cover of an image is met with this error message. Cache has been cleared. Happens both in WIN 7 pro chrome browser as well as on my ipad, safari browser.
