Greets, If you've previously stored a mobile number, Stripe will by default ask you to verify. If you want to use a new card, you need to click the < in the upper-left corner of their verification section. Here's a screenshot with that circled: Clicking that will move their system back to the credit card entry screen. You didn't find this in the account settings because it's not a setting with us; it's handled by Stripe, our credit card processor -- the same folks who manage Apple Pay for Apple. northernwrites - I've seen this question a few times... Stripe lets people save their card to Stripe and verify it with a mobile number. Once someone does that, when they try to make another purchase, Stripe defaults to asking them to verify their phone number, rather than re-enter their card details.
