So if I'm reading that right, the problem is on SOME versions of Chrome but not others... meaning this is a Chrome issue?

I just logged into my debugging service and booted up Windows 10 with the current Chrome and it seems to be working there too.

Just so I'm sure we're all talking about the same thing ... We're talking about the menu that I have open in this screenshot, right?
And you're saying it does NOT open a few variations of Chrome... Eh?
