Page Width

Just a quick question... As you can see in the screenshot, my page width is no where near wide enough for the size of my screen and the font is pretty small. Is there any other settings I can mess around with to try and make it fit, or is the only suggestion to use the browsers zoom function, which does make a few images and such look funky?
