I'm not seeing the 0 -- here's a screenshot of how it looks my computer(s) where it shows a blank field for the item ID:
I can't duplicate the 0 on any of our computers or mobile devices here and to my knowledge you're the first person to report it. Certainly, no one is out to "jerk you around". If you could send me back a screenshot from your newsletter view and a little more information about the computer and browser you're using, that might lead us in a better direction to solving that issue for you.
For the record, my daughter was diagnosed at age 5 with leukemia about 2 weeks ago. Not to throw the cancer card, but chill out a little... things could be far worse than the troubles you're having trying to send feedback to a newsletter. #perspective
