I quickly logged into your account to make sure there are no issues and I was successfully able to move an item into the folder -- I pulled it back out to be sure I didn't put anything where it shouldn't be. *Wink* Do note that the folder will "open" automatically when you drag an item indented into it. The indenting is to tell the system you want the item IN the folder, rather than just under it in the ordering.

I'm attaching a screenshot so you have a better idea of how it works.
