When you're looking at the challenge posting, there's are two links just below the text of the challenge:

Like • Comment

As noted before, you'll click the Comment link and you'll be given a box to submit your entry. Here's a small snippet of a screenshot to illustrate better where the "Comment" link is, below the text of the challenge:




It's the "Comment" link, next to the "Like" link.
