Search for Group Members

Can a search window be added that allows a person to search through a Group roster for a specific member?

Some groups have more than four pages, and checking each page can be time consuming. Today I had the occasion to conduct such a search in a rather large group. I didn't know if that person was a member or not. I first looked for a search window to try finiding him that way. The only search option availabe was the Power Search at the bottom. I typed in his username, and hit Enter. It returned the following message:

No search results found.
Try using less strict searching criteria.


What did I do wrong? Do I need to limit the search in some way? Is there an easier way to search?
