Sacred Heavens - Umbreon x Espeon

There was once a small tribe near a dangerous forest, none of them dared to wander inside of it. The tribe consisted only of eeveelutions, and on an eevee's 18th birthday they'd be able to evolve. There were a group of eevees just turning 18 today, but little did they know, something terrible was about to happen.

Shine's POV:
I jumped excitedly and twirled around my group of friends! how could I not? I was so excited and was waiting for this very moment! The one we would get to choose what we evolve into! However, for some reason, our tribe leader will hate it if we become umbreon and the ones who did were banished into the shadow forest and never heard from again, so that's not a pick from me.

I had 3 friends in our mini group, Thunder was really hoping to become a jolteon, I could see why, he's calm and collective-but speedy. then there was Shikoh, who was always so playful and friendly, she wants to see if she can become a Sylveon! Those two fit together so well....Then lastly, there is Aqua, who is normally quiet, but calm and collected. She loves the water so much and has made up her mind to become a Vaporeon. I felt so odd, the odd one out. All my friends had chosen an evolution much fitting to their own personality, and I don't even know what one ill become yet!....

As we kept on walking up the stone path to the tipi like area, I was so deep in thought wondering what to evolve into, that I didn't notice Aqua staring at me. I felt like someone was watching me though, so I looked up. ''Oh hey Aqua, did you need something?'' I asked, politely and with curiosity. ''Didn't realize you noticed. But anyways, are you alright? you don't seem okay.'' she simply replied. I sighed, heavily. ''I don't know what I'm going to evolve into! I just can't seem to think of one of them that suits my personality.'' I gave her that honest truth. ''Well, you did just know I was looking at you just now. it seemed you were a psychic type since most don't even realize.'' she smiled. She was suggesting Espeon, and now that I think about it, she was right, the more I thought about it, the more I knew I wanted to be an Espeon, and faster then I could count to 5, which was pretty fast, we were at the tipi like area, totems that had a print of each eeveelution stood high, and our tribe leader spoke up. ''You are all 18 now, and every 18 year old eevee evolves in this tribe.'' He was a mighty Flareon, quite breathlessly tall, actually. We all nodded slowly, we were quite nervous.

He smiled, then padded up to Thunder. ''So little one, what do you wish to evolve into?'' he chuckled. Thunder stuttered, but he did manage to get his words out. ''I-I wish to b-become a j-jolteon...s-sir.'' I grinned, he was normally like this around adults, and it was actually quite funny. The flareon smiled, then clapped, the jolteon totem turned around, revealing many thunder stones. ''Go ahead and touch one.'' the flareon chirped, Thunder cautiously stepped towards it, he looked at it in utmost curiosity, then, Shikoh sighed and walked up to him with a mischevious grin, and pushed him into one of the many stones, instantly upon touching it, he glew a bright blue, I covered my eyes because of the bright light, but when I set my paw down, a energetic jolteon stood in Thunder's place. Shikoh grinned from ear to ear, such a mischevious one. the Flareon then walked up to Shikoh, and calmly asked what evolution she wanted to take on. She replied happily saying ''Sylveon!''. The flareon nodded, and clapped, the jolteon totem turned around again, but the sylveon one moved. an orb was there. ''Hold the orb, you will remember every time and moment you had with your friends, mainly good.'' he spoke, while giving her a rare candy to eat after. She did exactly as she was told and smiled, she set the orb down and was quite happy, then, she picked up the rare candy, eating it like she was told. Instantly, she grew a bright blue, brighter then Thunder was, I again covered my eyes, and when I lowered my paw, a Sylveon stoof in Shikoh's place, it was quite amazing for this to happen all at once. the Flareon then turned his attention to Aqua, and smiled. ''So little one here, what would you like to be?'' he asked calmly, I guessed he could sense she doesn't like it too much when others are loud. ''I wish to become a Vaporeon.'' she replied, I could almost see a smile on her face. ''Very well then, Vaporeon it shall be.'' the flareon spoke before clapping again, the sylveon totem turned direction, where as the vaporeon totem turned around like the sylveon's, and like the jolteon one, many water stones lie in place. She knew what to do, and trotted up to one of the stones, then held it carefully in her paws and glew, but this time it wasn't as bright. She changed shape slowly, when the light vanished, a vaporeon stood in place, seeming as happy as ever. At last, the flareon trotted up to me. ''And what would you like to be?'' he asked, I could tell he was trying hard not to yell. ''Espeon, sir.'' I replied, then got up. ''Hmm....We don't have an essential thing for espeon yet, however it is day right now, try to reach max happiness.'' He spoke, I knew I had to be close, since I was so excited and happy for this moment, but I simply closed my eyes and relaxed, remembering amazing memories where I was so happy....when I opened my eyes, I was glowing blue and I knew I was becoming an espeon. sure enough, the glow lasted quite a bit but was blindingly bright, most likely because it's the sun pokemon. when the glow finally disappeared, I could see velvet fur on my paws, I smiled, because I had been waiting for this moment.

But that smile was soon wiped off of my face, because it happened.



A/N: That was a chapter about how Shine was doing, and this was the first chapter! inspiration from a story in fanfiction, which I will put a link sometime later in a different chapter to, therefor this is based off of that story and I only own the inspiration XD pretty much.
