After Graduation ! From High School . Zack , Cody, Mr. Moesby and London . Return to The Tipton ! After Months & Months , of being away . However when they arrive ! they find things at The Tipton are not the same .

The Twins , Mr. Moesby and London . are excited . When They reunite with Maddie, Carey and Esteban . but the reunion is cut short . When a Mean / Strict Lady , Finds out about the return of The Zack & Cody . After hearing stories about them . She introduces herself to the gang , and warns them . THAT IF ANY OF THEM , ESPECIALLY ZACK & CODY . TRY ANYTHING FUN OF GET OUT OF PLACE . SHE WOULD DESTROY THEM ! ! ! !

After meeting The Scary / very Psychotic Lady . Zack , Cody , Mr. Moesby and London . Demand answers from the others ! about who that lady is , and why is she here ?


Maddie , Carey and Esteban . figure that they had no other choice . and Tells them that Ruella ! a Devious , very strict / evil lady . is The New Manager , who has replace Mr. Moesby . The gang tries to get rid of Ruella ! Meanwhile Zack worries , that Cody won't miss him . when he goes to College ! as for Zack he worries about his own future .


While he does that Maddie & London . catch up ! and Maddie reveals to her , about her secret boyfriend . Lance Cone ( a Handsome , down to earth , cares about the environment kind of guy ) London tells Maddie, it's about time she got a man . although ! London is to concern about her own future . and seeks Maddie help ! And for Mr. Moesby he's just shock . that he's not in charge of The Tipton anymore , feeling replace . he prepares to move to New York . until Esteban warns the others , and they try to come up . with a plan to Save The Tipton & Mr. Moesby Job .

But This new Manager A.K.A Ruella . has Cameras all over The Tipton ! even in The Guest Rooms . She thinks of a way to get rid of all them . and comes up with a crazy idea , that could get her arrested . First she gets Carey , by making her believe that . she won a spot to dance in A new Music Video . Performs by Brad Paisley ! so when Carey gets there . all dress up ! Ruella shoots a Translizer , and she immediately falls asleep .

With one down , she goes after Esteban next . by catching him ! she makes him believe that , Mr. Tipton is going to give him a Promotion . and for him to meet , Mr. Tipton in Suite 113 . However the moment he walks in there , he falls into her booby trap . next is Mr . Moesby ! to get him , she simply use one of her Translizer .

so the only ones left . were Zack , Cody , Maddie and London . Elsewhere ! Cody was thinking about his future , and somehow found Ruella . Surveillance Room ! at first he didn't know what this stuff was . until he found Ruella , blue Prints . he couldn't believe what he found . before he had a chance , to warn the others . Ruella , use a taser on him . without even giving him a chance to run .

One Twin Down , One to Go . she said with a Smile . Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! with His mother missing , Mr. Moesby missing , Esteban and now his own brother . Zack , London and Maddie .


Went to search for them ! at first they didn't find anything . Until London found Ruella blue Prints , and showed Maddie & Zack . None of them could believe that Ruella . was that evil ! on her blue Prints , it had that she plans . to Knock The Tipton down ! and build a Casino / Resort . After discovered her plans ! Zack , Maddie and London . knew they had to work fast , especially if they wanted to save the others & The Tipton .
