I wrote this poem for a book that I am writing now.
[Introduction]
This poem goes along with a murder/ mystery story.

Here in the tunnels;
watching, waiting.
We wait for our kill;
watching, waiting.
One comes out with knives;
watching, waiting.
He is a Labyrinth Walker;
watching, waiting.
He waits for his time;
watching, waiting.
The kill must precise;
watching, waiting.
The time is right;
watching, waiting.
The blood runs cold;
watching, waiting.
And he is done;
watching, waiting.
He disappears;
watching, waiting.
Here in the tunnels;
watching, waiting.
We wait for the kill;
watching, waiting.
It is here;
watching, waiting.

How do you like it? My MC finds this written in a book.
