The Last Dot on the Map

The first line: The blood on the steering wheel was still wet.

CHARACTERS
Brisa - Latina female, twenties, very religious, and very superstitious.
Hardin - Older (50ish) white male; town sheriff (not terribly bright).
Trumble - White male, twenties, intelligent, handsome, leader.
Old Man Douglas - African-American man, very old, town "boogie man", erratic.

plot line
Sheriff finds blood on the steering wheel and then proceeds to find out whether an actual crime occured or whether it is just a prank.
