I have no idea what this is about. I guess it's the evolution.
As it stands, the book starts at the beginning of the first real relationship I've ever been in. The first thing in my life that really changed me rather than me changing myself for something.
I'm still changing. And I guess that never changes either, once it starts.

I don't post here often enough, and I delete a lot of dumb entries where I don't say anything, so I'm going to be here a while.
people who are looking for someone, if it happens to be me, you've come to the right place. Gold star for you.

Most of my older posts are sparse. The farther back you go in my journal, the closer to a "best of" it becomes-- I don't save everything because I only have room for 500 entries. It's not a daily journal. I chronicle a lot of daily things, but those entries are boring and usually disappear eventually.
More importantly this is a repository for thoughts of all sorts.
this is mine; for the perusal of those who care enough to know. Keep your bullshit to yourself.

I make this book public because I am shameless and the attention I receive from it motivates me long enough to write the next entry.
It is that simple.
That said, there really isn't that much conflict in here.
It's pretty much the sex entries that get people coming back.
That and the "deep" thinking. haha. yeah. That's it.

Excellent title!

I love portfolio reorganizing, and people bearing coffee. But I am skittish about meeting writers I like.

And now there've been three things this entry and commenting on it made me want to babble about. Gotta thank you for that.

I forgot what Krampus was, so thanks for the link. Now I am sort of scared.

I think I saw one episode of Big Bang Theory. Then I forgot how to watch tv, a thing involving the remote, the new digital box thingey, and my brain.

I'm pretty sure I am not technological enough to be a nerbd, but I love books! So, according to a recent typo (see above), I am a nerb.

Dude, Sheldon Cooper makes me want to PUNCH ALL THE BABY ANIMALS! The other characters don't bother me as much, at least from the two times I've actually watched episodes of the show. And I'll refrain from the inevitable rant on how they portray Asperger's, even though at least you and I know that it's far too stereotypical.

Yeah, I've been kind of naughty, too. Didn't send holiday cards, won't get "Malthusian March" released until way after Christmas, hardly decorated the condo (although to be fair it's still in disarray from the flooring escapades of November), shit like that. Krampus can come visit all he likes, but he better not touch the snowman type-items.

lol, I love Big Bang Theory. Not so much because of the nerds, but funny storylines, good dialogue, and great comedic timing.

I would have loved to see Calvin and Hobbes as Big Lebowski characters! Sounds ridiculous and amazing.

I agree with you, j. I don't find what he said particularly inflammatory, even though I think he meant it to be (in an attention-getting way). In 20 years, his favorite kid will be whichever one he likes better as a person. Developmental stages just happen to be the only difference between them now.

Mostly on subforums of other forums where I hang out-- my IRC chat group is from the forums on penny-arcade and there are a few places where I used to post that no longer exist.

I *just* got a paid account on litreactor to see what their crit system is like; it seems pretty similar to crit on The Writer's Block on penny-arcade is like, though. I haven't posted any stories on there yet. They have a give-and-take system where they require you to give crit to other folks and other folks rate how good your crit is so that you can earn your points to post another story.

Just curious. What other writing sites have you displayed work? I ask because I really need something more specialized than here. I may not be publishing quite possibly ever, but I'd still like to get the most out of my stories. (Okay, there is the want to dabble in Writer's Digest contests, but that's it.)
