King of the world is from Titanic, Houston, we have a problem is from Apollo 13, Show me the money is from Jerry Macquire and Sugar and Spice is the movie title.

You did a great job creating a fun story using the phrases. I would enjoy a gourmet food truck that went house to house but my waistline would object immensely.

I did some work with Roger but eventually found that journaling and doing some shadow work independently I discovered that I didn't see myself as valuable or worthwhile, so I never advocated for myself. I've written a lot of letters to myself rehashing things that I've allowed to happen and what I could do differently so I've learned new habits and better approaches.

So very true, I believe that we should have one pointed agenda. This I am trying very hard, to be a subject and all the things that are happening remains object. Though I have faced heavy resistance from within. I have maintained a diary and make a note of all objective things trying to be subjective. So as a witness consciousness I try with inherent effort to continue with all things happening as objective. I am planning to write a book on Self consciousness and a major role Ego and pride plays in our subconscious mind and body.

I think embraces stays with the intimacy more than keeps it.

Negativity sometimes is a helpful learning tool as well as positivity. Until people feel the results they won't change for the better, unfortunately. I've seen how destructive negativity can be but I've also seen people who have never experienced bad things and in their well meaning positivity are oblivious and make no effort to help the changes needed.

Right now, I'm in the beginning of a day and I'm very happy with the weather report, since the scorching heat seems to have taken a short leave. I woke up to nice 76 degrees and the weather people say it will go up to 78 with rain. I don't mind the rain at all. The whole world needs it; that is, not to be overdone but enough of it.

It is true! Each day brings new choices. Some small like the weather I just wrote about or what to wear, what to eat, and when to begin cleaning the house, if ever!

Then, there are weightier choices such as: Do I take a risk, start or mend a new or old friendship, change my routine, manage my money better?

To top it with an even better mood, even my mistakes have a clout. Sometimes they teach me; other times, they let me use them to my benefit. Anyone who writes will know this: Even a misspelled word will evoke new ideas. As I have found out during my long years on earth, growth sometimes stems from imperfections.

Since I did a lot yesterday, I'm planning to take things easier today, but then, who knows, any day is a blank page. We build it with the choices we make, as if a mosaic. Any routine could turn into an adventure and any hour can turn the ordinary into extraordinary.

Then, in the beginning of a new day, one might say or think, "Here we go, again!" or might just be happy to be alive and say, "Good Morning, World!"

May we all have great days and may we approach them with optimism and intention, always!
