I weighed 299 pounds Friday and 297.2 yesterday. I weighed 298.4 this morning, but I ate ice cream last night, so I’m starting to make progress despite gaining for one day.
I’m trying to work out every day in November. I trained back and biceps yesterday, and chest today. I was going to try Rich Piana’s bigger by the day workout, but that didn’t happen. I was busy with a writing project and wasn’t focused on training. I hope to slowly expand my workouts over the month.
I trained shoulders this morning and went for a walk for 15 minutes.
