Wonderful poem that links footprints to bits and pieces of our memories over the years.
As we get older, we do leave a mark behind - footprints if you will - and even as they fade away, they'll always linger and be a reminder of what we once were.

Confounding expectations, that’s my game,
let them dream then wake them, ever the aim,
in all things I shall be delectable,
and that is by being unpredictable,
the skies I shall paint a vibrant yellow,
