I started my blog in June 2016, intending to have a place to get my stories in the hands of readers. I started with one follower -- my wife. Seven years later, I am creeping toward 500 followers. The Stained Stein buzzed with the usual gossip. The clientele, mostly those folk that lived above the nearby shops, knew each other, and strangers elicited silent stares.
