I started my blog in June 2016, intending to have a place to get my stories in the hands of readers. I started with one follower -- my wife. Seven years later, I am creeping toward 500 followers. | This week saw more progress on our house. The framing crew was up at the property on Tuesday, but ran into a few mechanics problems with a couple of their trucks. First, the young fellow who came last week to measure for materials neglected to tell his crew about our driveway's steepness and condition. So, the truck that delivered the materials did not have trailer brakes. That, and one pickup arrived onsite with a pinhole in the radiator hose.
