Brief insights into my writing world.
I started my blog in June 2016, intending to have a place to get my stories in the hands of readers. I started with one follower -- my wife. Seven years later, I am creeping toward 500 followers. I post a daily quote, as well as short stories, vignettes, and updates on our rebuilding project.

Biscuit arrived at the door first, sitting patiently on the stoop, tail tapping the ground. Lyryk caught up to him, catching her breath as she raised her hand to knock. Before she had the chance, the door swung open. An old woman with silver hair and kind eyes stood before them.
