| This has been a stressful week. We’ve reached the inspection stage of the project. The inspectors discovered a few minor issues and two major ones. One of the major issues is the need to rebuild the basement staircase. We caught one inspector as he was leaving the property a few days ago, and he verified a few things for us regarding the temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
