“In that direction,” the Cat said, waving its right paw round, “lives a Hatter: and in that direction,” waving the other paw, “lives a March Hare. Visit either you like: they’re both mad.”
“But I don’t want to go among mad people,” Alice remarked.
“Oh, you can’t help that,” said the Cat: “we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.”
“How do you know I’m mad?” said Alice.
“You must be,” said the Cat, “or you wouldn’t have come here.”
Someone, and that someone is most obviously you, must advocate/promote the English breakfast kippers and all. Are said fish also tossed into the air at some point during raucous play? Does an errant piece of toast or two stick to the ceiling? Just to be absolutely clear you are referring to the former bread type of toast and not the celebratory-hoist-in-the-air -bubbly-beverage toast, correct? games tend to be messy.
This is great. I love the parody (and the original)--you kept the structure so well and really made it nonsensical the way that Carroll would have. Nicely done.
