Thanks everyone for the comments and support and understanding. It has been very stressful and exhausting. It has impacted me emotionally and physically. Spiritually, it has been a growing experience. I am glad I have a God that is bigger than all my problems. I don't know that I could get through it all without him. This definitely makes you rethink everything you take for granted in life and everything you hold near and dear. You find out things about the people you are close to both good and bad. It's been a very trying and tough time in my life.

Oh, my goodness. What a nightmare you've been enduring. I am so sorry this has happened to you! I am keeping you in my thoughts. I am glad you closed all your accounts with that bank - that was a very smart thing to do. Hopefully things get worked out soon.

I'm glad you still have your dear fur baby. We had to do that in April. No elf-on-the-shelf. We now have remains-of-dog on the shelf.

Life has become challenging. I'm looking toward the clouds every day. I pray The Lord comes soon. (I Thessalonians 4:15-18, KJV)

I don't enjoy moving. I lose too much ... things, people ... losing friends is the worst.

I only trust banks where they know my name. I'm fortunate to be able to live under my means.

Wow. What a tangled mess that is. I'm sorry that so much is happening at one time. I've noticed lately that in my case, things seem to happen in threes. I've had many years without those issues, then BOOM. The best you can do is hang in there and ride it out. Pray on it. One day things will be better. At least, that's what works for me.

I've been approached by telephone with those loan offers or even tgat i won a gift, but need to pay for shipping, which means they need to have information to charge it.

I don't trust them, not even some that appear to be legit. Maybe they have a legit looking company icon, yet are a fraud. Anything where I have to share my personal information, I flat out tell them I will not share.

The bank won't give you a loan if there's a bad record of being in debt. Probably the landlord reported it to the credit bureau.

Good luck straightening this all out.

I tell them to stop contacting me, and also Block thier phone number, but they must have a billion phone numbers. They keep doing what they do, yet change thier approach.

Anytime things seem too good to be true. It is too good to be true.

One time PayPal sent what looked like a legit letter, albeit an ensiled one. Paypal does not ask for personal information, which they already have. Rather than have an account. I closed it because back then I didn't understand that it was scammers.

Keep reminding yourself, God is right there with you. So, whatever the situation, you are facing right now, I will pray that God will give you the strength and courage to keep on going.

I'm also fighting within myself and I have some anger and bitterness towards someone right now and it hasn't been easy to let go but I realize I have to let. go and Let Jesus Christ take over for me.

Please take care of yourself.

Health consciousness

PROMPT September 9th

Everyone seems to be pretty health conscious in today's world. What health tips have worked for you. If you can't think of any, or are like me and haven't pursued any, what would you like to do to improve your health?

I am currently working on developing a support group of sorts here on WDC. I am working on a fun way to support each other and develop a reward system for obtaining certain goals. We can lose weight together, share tips and recipes, and encourage and support one another.

I am making a diet plan and an exercise plan. I am making it very detailed. I intend to journal here daily and be very real.

39% of the world's population is overweight. 13% of the world's population is obese. These numbers seem to be increasing. The weight loss industry is over a billion dollar industry. The food industry makes even more. I think this tells us something. With so many fad diets out there, sometimes it is hard to know how to help yourself. Plus, our society seems built around food. It's everywhere.

I intend to try to fix the bad habits that got me obese to begin with. I am fixing to dig deep and confront myself even where it hurts. I don't want to just lose weight. I want to keep it off. I want to stop overeating and learn moderation. I also want to have fun doing it. I want to learn how to take care of my body (the temple of the Holy Spirit) in a way the brings glory to God, and I want to help other people do the same.

Other people are where I am at too. We have to be able to balance real life with the food we eat and the things we drink. I know other Christians want to be able to realistically apply their faith to their daily lives too. It is not just about losing weight. It is about being a better me. It is about self-discovery and discipline. It is about faith in God and how he works in our lives. It is about finding motivation and being in better health.
