Evolution of Love Part 2 |
... Few lessons learnt in past few days: 1. Majority of people can work from home. 2. We and our kids can survive without junk food. 3. Prisoners in jails for petty crimes can be released. 4. We can build hospitals within days. 5. We can spend Billions of Rs on poor without red tape. 6. We can survive vacations without trips to Europe and USA. 7. Developed nations are as vulnerable as any poor nation. In fact more vulnerable i believe. 8. Our family system is still intact. 9. Schools are over burdening our kids with bullshits. 10. Money is abundant if we use it wisely. 11. We spend hell lot of Petrol unnecessarily burdening our economy. 12. Rich people are in fact weaker than the poor. 13. Elites are not powerful ,weaker then poor. 14. Buying every new designer lawn is not important. 15. Husbands can live with his wife without weekly parlour visits and vice versa. 16. Elders are the backbone of a family. 17. Media is bullshit. 18. Wives can live without maids .😊 |
Dear friends Our Doctor who recovered from Corona illness and recovered in double quick time had inhaled Steam. The doctors at IDH Corona centre too are continually inhaling steam. Steaming raises the temperature of lungs, throat and mouth so that if the virus is already there it gets inactivate due to high temperature. Yes that’s true as viruses sit in the throat first. That’s why even if there is someone sneezing in your office and you come home and inhale and gargle with warm water and salt, usually you will not get the flu. I recommend for everyone who is able to do it - 1. Use steam inhalation everyday - morning and evening if possible, 2. Gargle with warm water and salt daily - morning and evening if possible. This is a good daily practice which will improve your overall well-being and can be continued even after COVID19 ends. Please also pass this information for the benefit of others. No harm in trying |
Over 2000 years ago, in Greece, there was a lawyer named Protagoras. A young student, Euthalos, requested to apprentice under him, but was unable to pay the fees. The student struck a deal saying, “I will pay your fee the day I win my first case in the court”. Teacher agreed. When the training was complete and a few years had elapsed without the student paying up, the teacher decided to sue the student in the court of law. The teacher thought to himself: ‘If I win the case, as per the law, the student will have to pay me, as the case is about non-payment of dues. And if lose the case, the student will still have to pay me, because he would have won his first case. Either way I will get paid’. The student’s view was, ‘If I win the case, I won’t have to pay the teacher, as the case is about my non-payment of fees. And if I lose the case, I don’t have to pay him since I wouldn’t have won my first case yet. Either way I will not pay the teacher.’ This is known as Protagoras Paradox, which ever way you look both have equally convincing arguments, one can go either way in supporting the teacher or the student and would not be wrong. Those of us in medical practice often come across such situations, either in making a diagnostic or therapeutic decision. One physician can recommend a course of treatment based on scientific evidence and another can recommend a diametrically opposite course again based on medical evidence. Right or wrong, but some merit would exist on both sides. Often the physician himself is having an internal struggle to make a decision about the most appropriate course of action, Protagoras & Euthalos are arguing in his mind, to do this or to do that. The horns of dilemma are tearing him apart. But what prompted this essay was a tweet by Donald Trump, ‘hope the cure is not worse than the disease’. I hate to say, but I find some merit in this tweet. In our global attempt to flatten the COVID curve, I hope we do not flatten the global economy curve. The question is what’s the best way forward. One group recommends ‘total lockdown’ to break the transmission chain, based on evidence from China, they managed to control the spread of the virus by ruthless lock down and 3 months later they are showing that disease is controlled in Wuhan. On the other hand, the other school of thought is graded isolation & protection of elderly and very young and those with co-morbidities, let it spread amongst the young and healthy, after all the disease ultimately will be controlled when we achieve ‘herd immunity’. The medical community is divided in these two groups. To enforce complete lockdown or Graded isolation? To complicate the issue the epidemiologists have joined the bandwagon with cacophony of statistical analysis. From Rosy to Dooms day predictions. If we don’t do a complete lockdown then a million people will die in 1 year. No say some more like 90 million will die in 1 year. Whose data analysis is correct. Some suggest do nothing, nature will take over in a few months and all will be well, they quote historical data to justify their recommendations. On whose inputs should we base our disaster management strategy. Then come the economists with their doomsday predictions. If this continues till May our medical resources will be overwhelmed, Agriculture will suffer, food shortages will occur, production will come to a standstill. There will be an economic crisis of the proportions that world has not seen ever. So, break this lockdown nonsense and let’s get back to work as usual. What will our political masters do. My guess is they will listen to medical experts, epidemiologists & economists. Then they will decide what course of action will ensure their survival, what will get them people’s votes and they will run with that. At present ‘Lockdown” finds favour with them. Boris in UK had to abandon the recommendations of the medical community about graded response, because the people’s perception became that our Government is not doing enough to protect us citizens. That means revolt against him. So, screw it, lets go with total lockdown if that’s what the people want. Gradually people will get tired of lockdown and demand- let life go on. Then with equally convincing arguments the governments will say the time has now come to lift the blockade, we have controlled the contagion, we have won. Unfortunately, the costs in either case will be huge, both lives and money! Incidentally the Protagoras Paradox has not be resolved till date. Students in Law school still hold mock trial and give arguments on both sides. With out any resolution of the dispute. |
Why Japan is normal when the entire world is shutdown?? This is an experience written by an Indian student in Japan I am continously thinking when Japan was the first country to be impacted by Corona from China because of the luxury ship Diamond Princess from China in January by now it would have gone to stage 4 like European countries. When Japan was hit with the Virus, My parents asked me to come back to India for few months and go back once it settles. But in Japan everything is normal till today. We were going to offices daily, we are going to all essential services. No restaurants are closed. No malls are closed. No lockdown. Metro trains moving normally. Bullet trains moving normally. All International borders are open. Also Japan has the high percentage of old people like Italy. Tokyo has highest number of foreigners living. Tokyo is one of the best tourist attraction with lot of foreigners. Foreigners are still allowed inside. Only services stopped are schools and public events. Am listening to all theories of breaking the chain. Lockdown kills the chain process for the dense country like India. Tokyo is the most dense city in the world and how is it controlled. We are leading just the normal life as usual. Am Only scared when i see updates and news from India. I analyzed about it and probably it is because of the culture of Japanese people where the rules suggested to prevent Corona virus were practiced by them from childhood. 1. japanese people wear masks when they travel or come out. Usually we see 60% wearing masks daily on normal days. Even they catch very little cold they wear masks. This was their culture which helped in stopping the spread and cuts the chain. Normally any public facing person like receptionist, govt officers, doctors, nurses, station masters, train staff, police, janitors, etc wear masks daily at work. During winter we make children to wear a mask Daily so that they dont bother others when they catch cold. At home we have kodomo mask box and normal mask box. Kodomo mask is for children which fits them properly. 2. Japanese people lead a life where they dont bother others. They dont litter anything. They use dustbins only to litter or spit. Cleanliness is the part of their culture. They were taught how to be clean and public behaviour before learning alphabets in schools. 3. They dont do handshake but bow to greet. 4. Here washing hands is a part of culture. We have soaps and sanitizers in public toilets , office entrances and usually in every public space. Using sanitizers is pretty common which prevented spread of virus. I never used the sanitizers but from past 2 months am following the usage of sanitizers before entering office, using an elevator, the moment i see sanitizer try using it. 5. In restrooms i noticed that people wash their hands and also clean and wipe the sink area too to make it comfortable for the next person to use it. This is a usual practice in public metro stations too. 6. They carry wet tissue packets to clean their hands occasionally when they go out. 7. They usually maintain social distance with all This helped Japan to prevent lockdown. This needs a lot of Sadhana. These rules were part of Japanese culture which they practice with perfection. Something to learn from Japan. |

* The virus is not a living organism, but a protein molecule (DNA) covered by a protective layer of lipid (fat), which, when absorbed by the cells of the ocular, nasal or buccal mucosa, changes their genetic code. (mutation) and convert them into aggressor and multiplier cells. * Since the virus is not a living organism but a protein molecule, it is not killed, but decays on its own. The disintegration time depends on the temperature, humidity and type of material where it lies. * The virus is very fragile; the only thing that protects it is a thin outer layer of fat. That is why any soap or detergent is the best remedy, because the foam CUTS the FAT (that is why you have to rub so much: for 20 seconds or more, to make a lot of foam). By dissolving the fat layer, the protein molecule disperses and breaks down on its own. * HEAT melts fat; this is why it is so good to use water above 25 degrees Celsius for washing hands, clothes and everything. In addition, hot water makes more foam and that makes it even more useful. * Alcohol or any mixture with alcohol over 65% DISSOLVES ANY FAT, especially the external lipid layer of the virus. * Any mix with 1 part bleach and 5 parts water directly dissolves the protein, breaks it down from the inside. * Oxygenated water helps long after soap, alcohol and chlorine, because peroxide dissolves the virus protein, but you have to use it pure and it hurts your skin. * NO BACTERICIDE SERVES. The virus is not a living organism like bacteria; they cannot kill what is not alive with anthobiotics, but quickly disintegrate its structure with everything said. * NEVER shake used or unused clothing, sheets or cloth. While it is glued to a porous surface, it is very inert and disintegrates only between 3 hours (fabric and porous), 4 hours (copper, because it is naturally antiseptic; and wood, be cause it removes all the moisture and does not let it peel off and disintegrates). ), 24 hours (cardboard), 42 hours (metal) and 72 hours (plastic). But if you shake it or use a feather duster, the virus molecules float in the air for up to 3 hours, and can lodge in your nose. * The virus molecules remain very stable in external cold, or artificial as air conditioners in houses and cars. They also need moisture to stay stable, and especially darkness. Therefore, dehumidified, dry, warm and bright environments will degrade it faster. * UV LIGHT on any object that may contain it breaks down the virus protein. For example, to disinfect and reuse a mask is perfect. Be careful, it also breaks down collagen (which is protein) in the skin, eventually causing wrinkles and skin cancer. * The virus CANNOT go through healthy skin. * Vinegar is NOT useful because it does not break down the protective layer of fat. * NO SPIRITS, NOR VODKA, serve. The strongest vodka is 40% alcohol, and you need 65%. * LISTERINE IF IT SERVES! It is 65% alcohol. * The more confined the space, the more concentration of the virus there can be. The more open or naturally ventilated, the less. * This is super said, but you have to wash your hands before and after touching mucosa, food, locks, knobs, switches, remote control, cell phone, watches, computers, desks, TV, etc. And when using the bathroom. * You have to HUMIDIFY HANDS DRY from so much washing them, because the molecules can hide in the micro cracks. The thicker the moisturizer, the better. * Also keep your NAILS SHORT so that the virus does not hide there. |
"Turn around Italy, the world is learning from you..." 🙏 Only in one day 793 people died. Day before yesterday - 475 people died. Yesterday 627 people died. Hence, total calculation till today is 793 people died (7 less to 800 - this week). Their bodies will be transported to a military truck without a family, then a mass grave. People in the house cannot see the last seen of their very own family members. They are detained. Since the epidemic - 4,825 dead so far till date in Italy which has surpassed the death toll of China (Origin of Covid -19). It has been predicted that Tomorrow death toll will increase more. Doctors are crying loudly. More than one person is dying every hour. They Can't save everyone but the patients are coming, the number of infections is increasing. There is no sleep, no eating, no vacation for health workers. Fighting tirelessly to save lives... Meanwhile in Rome, the Independent country, the house of God, the Pope's palace, the Vatican hearth. The Pope is still shaking his hand through the windows every day. There, billions of people were blessed to have a glimpse of the Pope. Flowers would be left, they would pray. Now there is none - Empty. Only the Pope is shaking hands for the sake of formality towards an empty border. In 2020, the maestro is mocking the religion. Thousands of people are now affected in Corona in Italy. The country of dreams, the city of poets, the village of the artist has died. Nobody is anywhere. Everyone is at home or at the hospital. Yet Italy was the center of the world's five most advanced medical systems, health infrastructure. One of the best countries in Europe, the ancient heritage, the violence, the architecture, the arts, the civilization. The people of Italy were warned at the right time but they did not pay heed to it. The First World thought that medical science would handle everything, meaning Corona could be overcomed. They have seen movies, partied throughout, markets, shops, offices were all opened. Thousands of people have rallied daily and did their daily chores, traveling all around. People even returned home buying meat, thinking its a vacation time!!!! As we are still doing now because we are following the same footsteps of Italy!!! About 20% of health workers in Italy are now infected. Who will treat health workers when they are ill? People who are joking on Facebook regarding Corona Virus, making memes and jokes - will they handle them??. For those who are thinking of being isolated means having a chance to feast with friends and party??? The population of Italy is approximately 6.5 crores. Of those, 53,000 are infected and nearly 5,000 are dead. India's population is almost 130 crores. Hence, Calculate what can happen if the infection is transmitted across the country... Please Learn from Italy. Life won't give you end number of chances to survive if you don't take your life seriously. Stay safe and let others around you be safe.. It's time not to mock around about this pandemic or pass lewd comments on what our Government is doing, what our CM is doing.... They cannot do everything until we decide to follow the instructions respectfully. Even their lives are endangered. There is a great saying in Hindi, "BIMARI KISIKA SAGA NAHI HOTA".... 🙏🙏🙏 |
*The Italy - Wuhan Connection* *Why did the Corona Virus which originated in Wuhan, China cause such widespread outbreak in a distant, other continent country like Italy?* The answer is that Italy has a strong textile garment industry trade relation with China especially with the Wuhan province in China. 1 lakh Chinese Workers work in Textile Industry in Italy (esp. North Italy) Italy even has direct flights from Wuhan. Northern Italy has a huge Chinese immigrant population, many of whom traveled from Wuhan. Instead of testing and restricting these people, Italian authorities launched a ‘Hug a Chinese’ campaign in February. They are now paying the price. "I’m not a virus. I’m human. Eradicate the prejudice.” This was the message of videos released in northern Italy in February this year, urging Italians to hug Chinese people to encourage them in the fight against the coronavirus. Moreover, Chinese New Year 2020 was celebrated from Jan 25 to Feb 8, 2020. So many of these Chinese immigrants went home from Italy to Wuhan to celebrate the New Year with their families. When they returned after their leave, they were not tested in Italy airports. The rest, as they say, is history! |
Melanie, already a devotee of another Hindu Guru, met Ma in 1978 in Vrindaban. She said : She looked over at me with one of her looks that just melted your heart and I burst into tears. And then every once in a while she would just look back over at us and smile this very gentle smile and it was like her whole heart would open and you would feel her enter you with this beautiful caress that was sweet, sweet, sweet. She would just open and she would enter instantly into you. I felt this melting, melting into a puddle of love. I guess unconditional love like that I did never seen in a woman before...... And we left and we were in a very, very beautiful state. Since that time she has seen Ma's face in meditation. Siddharth Sharma, a renowned pandit in Varanasi told me, "Her gaze was amazing. If you looked at her, it was as though you were looking at something divine. All the thoughts inside you when your eyes meet ceased. You are one-pointed in gazing at her. In her presence all anger and lust would subside and you would be in a state of divine happiness. One devotee said, "Just one look was sufficient in order to spend twenty-four hours in ananda (Bliss)". Two brahmacharini devotees separately described being small children around Ma and having her "stare nonstop" at them. Both said they found that they could not move and wanted to stare back forever; they ended up pursuing a lifetime vow of brahmcharya. Two devotees described the powerful impact of Ma's look from her picture. Tara Banerjee told about a European woman who was watching a television program about holy people in India. When Ma's picture came on the television: She felt that Ma was coming out of the television toward her. She was so impressed by her look that she could not forget her. The picture haunted her. She drove to India in a van, searching all over for Ma. She found out where the Ashram was located and Ma was just waiting there for her. She went to Ma and fainted. Swami Shibananda, the European, received a spiritual awakening from a combination of Ma's touch, look and speech : When she passed me, her clothes rubbed against my chest. Suddenly she turned to me and looked me straight in the eye and said, "Hari, Hari." At that very moment I felt that something open up in my heart. Then some energy went in and then my heart kind of closed upon itself and contained that energy. For a week afterward he experienced ecstatic spontaneous meditation that he attributed to Ma's dikhsa. Jai Maa!!! |
