Very well said, Sue. I agree with life is satisfying once we stop focusing on other's happiness and instead of focusing on ourselves. It was a difficult lesson but one that changed my life.

Such situation can be best utilised to spend more time with our own selves which is very blissful. Now the time to search your own inner jungle which has much more to learn or seek than in outside world. This is the best time for us to do- daily morning exercise, work from home at our own convenience, plenty of rest healthy home cooked food and rest of the time socialise with our “Inner Being” where is the time left for being panic, sad, depressed, seeking for outside company? Let’s see opportunity in calamity and grow.
