I've been dealing with people all day over things I can't do anything about because I have no money in the bank. I'm tired of dealing with people. I'm going to take a mental health day on Friday, because on Thursday I have a doctor's appointment. To Do List for my Mental Health Day Turn off cellphone. Unplug house phone. Say prayers. Read scriptures. Review comedy and/or spiritual items on writing.com Write poems. Footnotes |
