30 Day Blogging Challenge Prompt 10

I'm irritated with myself for falling behind in the 30DBC, but I'm going to continue anyhow. Hmm.. personal essay. It seems we went over crap like that last year for Language Arts, but damned if I can remember much. I'm going to say that blogging can be the same as a personal essay, but it's not always. Like cheese is good, but not always. (You know, when there's broccoli added in it.) I mean, when I'm using the prompts, then it does become a personal essay because I've got a topic to work with. But on my own, I generally just ramble with my stream of consciousness and whatever pops out stays, I don't go back and edit myself like I would if writing an essay.

Cheers.

30 Day Blogging Challenge Prompt 9

I'm not up to it. I'm so damn sick. A sore throat, fever, cough, headache, and fatigue. Actually, the fatigue is my pretty normal, thank you, Lupus. I might as well live in a bubble because when I leave the house, I collect germs and illnesses. I started this week with lots of hope and determination, but now all I want is a hot toddy and my bed. Lawdy, I hope this is just a cold. My daughter and I actually had the swine flu back 2009. Or as the nice CDC man called it, H1N1 influenza. I was scared shitless. I had been sick, but when I had problems breathing, Jackass took me to the emergency room. I was admitted because of my underlying health issues and tested positive. Lucky me, I was the ground zero patient in Dallas County. Enough babbling, I've got shit to do before I fall asleep again.

Cheers.
