Image for BCOF members to put in their blogs Prompt: "Write a poem or story about your favorite autumn activity. Apple picking, pumpkin picking, carving, baking, going on foliage tours... you tell us. "

My favorite fall activity is the same as my favorite activity the rest of the year. I love going to church and try to go every time the church is open. I have all sorts of incentive to go. In fact I am witness to a miracle. Hepatitis A is running through the home where I live. Most of the people who get it are sick for weeks and one even required hospitalization. I was diagnosed with it but instead of panicking I turned it over to my Lord Jesus Christ. I am now well! There are still telltale symptoms letting me know I had it but I am no where near as sick as the others here who had it. I know this is a direct result of my faith. I cannot praise God enough! So my favorite fall activity is living in God's goodness.

Blog City image small "Prompt: "The true painter strives to paint what can only be seen through his world." Andre Malraux Do you think this applies to writers and words as well as painters? Write anything you want about this."

Yes I believe it applies to writers. After all a writer can only write about what they know and that means writing about their world. I cannot write about your world because I know nothing about your world. If I study your world it becomes part of my world and I can write about it. It's merely a matter of logic.
