I could probably do a lot with this title, provided I had time Right now I'm sweating to get through a computer science class at one college and sweating bullets as another college reviews the credits of work already completed there to decide if I have met all the requirements for a bachelor's degree. I believe I have but I did things in reverse. I did all my upper level classes prior to completion of my associate degree transfer. So now I have to explain that to the registrar. Is it my fault the classes were available online and I did them? By the way I aced most of them! My overall GPA is 2,75 or somewhere around there thanks to some foreign language classes! Anyway I will be blogging steadily again soon.

Blog City image small "Prompt: How can we help people who are grouches, and if someone you know is a grouch, how can you help that person? Or is it at all possible to change a grouch’s outlook? This is because today is the national grouch day.*BigSmile*

I think people typically react to others based on long past experiences. For example somebody who was abused or verbally assaulted a lot as a child may tend to react harshly to people presently in their lives. They may not and usually do not realize why they are angry. They just feel angry all the time, usually without provocation. The way I deal with grouches is to simply tolerate them when I have to and practice avoidance the rest of the time.

I have a professor who is always listing different national days as ice breakers at the beginning of class. I will tell him about National Grouch Day tomorrow. In fact I will email him as soon as I am done here and tell him! He'll love it. Thanks for the heads up!
