Day 23:![]() Unfortunately I didn't get any serious exercise done. But does wrestling a shark count? :-[ Also had an arm wrestle with a friend...and won. ![]() Missed day. |
Day 22:![]() ![]() ![]() I walked barefoot along the beach and the sand was quite tough on the old leg muscles (and I got rained on!), but it was a beautiful night and I enjoyed it. Caving was a breath-taking adventure! It involved quite a lot of walking and climbing in the darkness of the Abbey Caves, near Whangarei. |
