Well I started my new job on Monday, hence my sudden disappearing act from Writing.com. I find it difficult to work and find enough spare time to work on my writing (and other hobbies). Am I the only one with this problem? Anyway hopefully weekends will provide me with more time to get things done. My apartment is also becoming a trash heap. As for weight loss, I haven't lost anything but I haven't gained either. I have no idea how anyone can lose weight on the week end. I find that the weekends just go by so fast that there really isn't time for much. I need ideas for fun things to do with your boyfriend without spending money or going out to eat. It seems like our only outside of the home activities have become movies and meals. I guess we do go for the occassional walk but its usually slow paced because of an injury he has. I know everything there is to know about losing weight yet somehow I can't seem to force myself to do it. I can talk the talk but I can't walk the walk. I need to walk that walk. I think I'm going to have this blog be about my weight loss journey. I'm currently on a modified Body for Life plan by Bill Phillips and not doing as well as I like. For those unfamiliar with the plan basically it’s to build muscle and burn fat by weight training, eating clean and being all you can be. It last for 12 weeks and I am on day #2. I can't say if I've lost anything... pretty doubtful as it’s only been 2 full days and I'm trying to not weigh myself until next Thursday. Not weighing myself is the most difficult thing ever! Usually I'm a little OC about it by weighing myself 6-10 times a day. The scale can be your best friend or your worst enemy, sometimes within the same day. That darn backstabber. Anyway if things go well this blog will be positive, if things go back I'll delete the entries and start rambling about something else! Well I'm sure no one remembers me but I'm back after quite some time. Someone gave me a wonderful upgrade so I have tons of space to ramble on and on and on! Thanks whoever you are!
