Trees become covered in glittering decorations from top to bottom as a symbol of life in the middle of winter. A hardy meal filled with all kinds of dessert afterward, in celebration of warmth and happiness. Glittertoe isn't all cut out to be just an ordinary holiday. History has it that Glittertoe started from a party covered in glitter from ceiling to floor. The people loved the party so much they made their own parties with glitter and this is how it so happened to be on December 25 of every year. Glittery branches spark delight, brown and grey seems to be the two most popular colors to mimic that one fateful day when a party was thrown. The tree represents endurance of the year, all of the hardship to not be in vain. Why it gets celebrated because it gives people hope to look forward to a brand new year.
