Autumn, Letting Go
Prompt: What do you think of autumn and why it is difficult to let go of things or people we become used to, unlike the leaves?

We get used to good things in our life and we want what makes us happy. Being lonely and not having people we loved or things that are important to us and are no longer, it is sad. We don't like change unless it is for the better. Things aren't always for the better, so we mourn those things and people we lost. We want good things to stay forever and we are grieved and depressed when they are no longer. When life is good and if isn't broke, don't fix it. Hang on to what makes you happy and sometimes, we just can't do that. It leaves us empty inside until something good happens again and we get our paradise back. We don't want to be discarded or forgotten about like leaves. Autumn. I wish autumn could be winter with no snow. Just pumpkins flowers, rain and 60's degrees. Like I said, things change. It takes time to get our life back to the way we want.
