A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
It’s Harder Than I Thought It Would Be Even with four extra hours at work yesterday and it being a Saturday, I still only got eleven single paragraphs for my movie Scene Outline done for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. And four of them were Establishing Shots. That averages to less than one an hour. True, the first four hours were extremely busy yesterday at work. And it did slow me down quite a bit when it comes to my writing. But the rest of the shift was very normal. So, I should have gotten a whole lot more single paragraphs than that written. I knew that writing my Scene Outlines would be a lot harder to write than my Story Outlines. But I didn’t think that it would be this hard. Especially, on the weekends. Eleven of them during the week would be very good. But it’s not on the weekend. At least I don’t think that it is. It looks like ten a day maybe my limit. And that includes any Establishing Shots. I may be able to get a little bit more done because of the Establishing Shots. Like I did yesterday at work. Then again, maybe it won’t be that good. Especially, if it’s during the week. Today, I’m going to continue working on this project. I don’t know how many single paragraphs that I will get done today. But I’m hoping that it will be from ten to fifteen. Yes, I know I’m always writing that. That’s because it’s the number that I think that I can get. Usually, I can get at least ten written. But it’s normally isn’t fifteen. If I’m lucky it will be somewhere in between those two numbers. And if I’m very, very lucky it may be a few more than fifteen. But I’m not going to count on that until it happens.
