Acknowledging God

Prompt: Why is acknowledging our sin and God as Creator and Redeemer important in our reconciliation with God?

To get closer to God, we have to admit we have sinned and want to love him and be part of his flock. Jesus is the truth, the light and the way. God is our creator and confessing our sins, he is our father and loves us. He will save us and redeem us. It is important to be with God and let him know we have changed, love him and need his help. He is willing to help us and we confessed our sins, take it to him and we are his. We have to do this to be with the one who made us and loves us as we love him right back and do his will.
