1 20oz crushed pineapple -- undrained
2c flour
1c walnuts -- chopped or pecans
2 tsp baking soda
2 c sugar
3 lg eggs
1 c coconut -- optional
Cream Cheese Icing or 1 can of premade
8ozs cream Cheese
2 Tbsps butter
2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Put into 9 x 13 pan for bars or bundt pan for cake.
Bake at 350° for 35 - 45 min. depending on pan & oven.
Frost w/ cream cheese icing while hot if in the flat pan. For other pans just ice as usual.
