How dare she?
After what she said?
Standing there smiling as if nothing happened.
I could ignore her, pretending not to see her.
Oh, crap, she saw me seeing her!
I lift my hand and wave limply with a sour smile.
Then I dart back into my house.
Friend? Not anymore.
